Travel to Munich

Munich airport is a major hub that can be conveniently reached by direct flights from many European and inter-continental destinations. The airport is about 32 kilometers (20 miles) north-east of Munich.

Transfer to Munich city centre is possibe by either suburban train (S-Bahn), Lufthansa airport bus or taxi. The S-Bahn leaves every 20 min and it takes about 45 min to the center of Munich. The airport bus also leaves every 20 min to the Munich main railway station and takes about 35 min. More information can be found here.
